License Agreement
Searchaprice User License Agreement
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
This User License Agreement applies to the Searchaprice app and website. By using Searchaprice, you agree to this agreement.
1. License Grant
Searchaprice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Service Description
Searchaprice helps users search products, compare listings, scan barcodes, save tracked deals, set target prices, manage profile details, and receive optional alerts. Product information, prices, availability, and retailer details may change at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Searchaprice does not guarantee that product listings, pricing, availability, savings estimates, retailer information, barcode matches, or alert timing are accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm details with the retailer before purchasing.
5. Third-Party Retailers
Purchases are completed with third-party retailers or marketplaces. Searchaprice is not responsible for retailer transactions, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, inventory, or customer service.
6. Affiliate Links
Some links may be affiliate links. Searchaprice may earn a commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you.
7. SMS Alerts
If you opt in to SMS alerts, Searchaprice may send text messages about tracked deals, price drops, target prices, account-related alerts, or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Searchaprice, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, or use Searchaprice for unlawful activity.
9. Service Changes
Searchaprice may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including supported stores, search providers, barcode scanning, deal tracking, profile verification, or alert behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
Searchaprice is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searchaprice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using Searchaprice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this agreement.
